Quantum Asset Management Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore incorporated Fund Management Company and was established in 2004.
We are a Registered Fund Management Company (RFMC) with the Monetary Authority of Singapore under paragraph 5(1)(i) of the Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) Regulations (SFR). Under this regulation, we are licensed to conduct fund management activities for up to 30 accredited investors.
Our principal activity is to provide fund management services to both accredited individuals and institutional investors in Singapore and abroad.
Since 2004, Quantum Asset Management has invested and divested 14 IPOs (initial public offerings) in Hong Kong, London, and Singapore cumulatively.
In 2006, Quantum Asset Management was a cornerstone investor of First REIT, an Indonesian Hospital Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), that was listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Our on-going commitment in Asia was further strengthened through the launch of the wealth management division in 2016, which offers tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals. Today, we continue to identify opportunities with the highest returns for our clients.
